About The Position

We are looking for someone to be an "Advocate of Empathy" by creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will also be a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and sharing your talents, someone others can count on. Additionally, you will be "💯" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, and an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in your development. You will be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Positive and energetic attitude.
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
