About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents, providing empathetic care, and fostering a positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living and are committed to personal and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Fostering an inclusive and positive environment.
Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assisting persons after a fall.
