About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 25 properties currently in 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana) and employs nearly 1,400 employees! This position is located at Hudson Grande Senior Living in Hudson, Ohio. The role involves creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments, being present, sharing talents, and being someone others can count on. It also requires creating an inclusive and positive environment, being curious and engaged in personal development and training, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
