About The Position
ONELIFE Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner for Battle Creek Memory Care in Salem, Oregon. The role provides high-quality, person-centered care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and personal care as outlined in individual service plans. Training is available for qualified candidates. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available, with full-time and part-time opportunities; weekend and holiday coverage may be needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, at minimum.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Must pass a criminal background check and comprehensive reference check.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in a manner that supports the person-centered care philosophy.
- Provide personal care in accordance with individual service plans, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, meals, and feeding.
- Change bed linens and assist with laundry.
- Assist with daily requirements and tasks as requested.
- Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
- Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
- Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.
