About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Rushwood in Wichita, KS. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments, acting as an advocate of empathy. This role involves proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
