About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Rushwood in Wichita, KS. This full-time position involves providing direct care and support to residents, fostering human connection, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. The role requires empathy, proactivity in assisting with daily living activities, and a commitment to resident well-being. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, positive, and eager to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
