About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Rushwood in Wichita, KS. This full-time position offers a pay range of $19 - $21 per hour. The Care Partner role is centered around providing empathetic care and creating human connections with residents, especially during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who are present, generous, invested wholeheartedly in their work, curious, and proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
