About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Crestone in Olathe, KS. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, being a reliable team member, and fostering a positive environment. The position requires a proactive approach to assisting residents with daily living activities and a commitment to personal and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
