About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Crestone located at 21810 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061. This part-time position involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
• Being curious and asking questions to find out information.
• Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
