About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Crestone located at 21810 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role requires a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment, engaging in personal growth and development, and actively participating in the community.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment.
- Be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
