About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living in Hudson, Ohio. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a flexible schedule and a pay range of $18-$20 per hour. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments. You will also be a "Generous Gift Giver," being present and someone others can count on. Your role involves being "đź’Ż" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, being an "Engaged Egghead" by staying curious and engaged in your development, and being "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

  • Be "Proactive" with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care
