About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Cedar Trails located in Freeburg, Illinois. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a flexible schedule. The Care Partner is expected to be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and reliable, "💯" by creating a positive environment, an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
