About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Castlewood in Nixa, MO. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Being present and sharing talents to be a reliable team member.
- Investing wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community to create an inclusive and positive environment.
- Being curious, asking questions, and engaging in personal development, growth, and training.
- Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assisting persons after a fall.
