About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join their team at Fremont in Springfield, MO. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, being a reliable and supportive team member, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. The Care Partner will be an "Advocate of Empathy," a "Generous Gift Giver," "💯," and an "Engaged Egghead," actively participating in resident care and personal development. The position requires assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
