About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Vitalia Highland Heights. This role is crucial in creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and assisting residents with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, reliable, engaged in their development, and proactive in resident care. This position requires a commitment to the company's core values and a passion for serving seniors.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
