Requirements

AHPRA registration
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Sound knowledge and experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement, restorative and wellbeing perspective
Understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal orientated care plans
Computer and technology skills to enable use of contemporary systems
Skilled to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.
