Requirements
- Active Enrolled Agent license or CPA.
- Active PTIN and established E-services account on IRS.gov.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience setting up resolutions with ACS (a plus, not required).
Responsibilities
- Reviewing clients’ financial analyses, recent tax returns, IRS transcripts (AT/ROA/WI), and other key data.
- Preparing customized resolution options for clients to choose from.
- Conducting compliance calls to gather missing information or track IRS processing.
- Negotiating with ACS to establish resolutions, including: Installment Agreements, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible status, Step-Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatement requests.
- Advocating for clients with creativity, empathy, and unwavering integrity.
