About The Position

Applies advanced clinical judgment to facilitate appropriate member physical health and behavioral healthcare. Implements strategies to assess and plan care, direct provider collaboration, and coordinate psychosocial wraparound services. Instructs the application of available resources to produce optimal, cost-effective outcomes.

Requirements

• Case management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and telephonic skills.
• Excellent motivational interviewing skills and ability to build rapport and trust telephonically.
• Excellence in documentation and respect for compliance and regulatory standards.
• Highly organized and self-driven, able to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to achieve performance metrics.
• Technology proficiency.
• Variable work schedules, with ability to work two days weekly until 9 p.m. local time.
• Master’s degree and a behavioral health clinical license in good standing with no restrictions (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Nice To Haves

• Two years of care management experience.
• CCM certification.
• Previous experience in a managed care organization.
