About The Position

Requirements

Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility.
Ability to assist clients with daily activities safely.
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional relationship with the client.
Dependability and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities safely.
Provide light housekeeping.
Plan menus, prepare meals, and set them up for clients.
Do laundry and change linens.
Provide transportation and shopping assistance.
Assist with bathing and dressing.
Provide safety support and companionship.
Use the Care+ App to track work schedules and caregiving responsibilities and help with family communication.
Maintain caregiving skills, continue learning, and follow agency policies.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients while working with minimal supervision.
