About The Position

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Care Coordinator to join a large senior living community. The Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care, oversee community operations, and monitor residents’ health routines. The role includes overseeing health care administration and staff management, and ensuring staff follow health care guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Scheduling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, lead, and mentor Caregivers.
• Ensure the team complies with regulations governing resident care.
• Create schedules and approve timecards.
• Work with the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care.
• Oversee community operations and monitor resident health routines.
• Oversee health care administration and staff management, and ensure staff members follow health care guidelines.
