About The Position

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a Care Coordinator for its Chambers St. clinic in Tribeca. The role supports patient care by welcoming patients, helping them feel valued, and managing appointment flow. Care Coordinators guide patients through the out-of-network experience, provide five-star customer service, and respond to phone calls and emails within two hours whenever possible and always within 24 hours. A collaborative spirit is important to fostering a supportive community for patients and team members.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients entering the clinic and help them feel valued.
