Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience
Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Pair caregivers with clients based on health needs, personality, skill level, and preferences.
Serve as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust and ensuring smooth communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver schedules in the system, anticipating conflicts.
Respond quickly to emergencies and last-minute changes, finding solutions to ensure client care and caregiver support.
Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback.
Creatively manage scheduling to meet diverse needs with a client-first mindset.
Collaborate with branch teammates to foster a positive and productive office environment.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answer questions, and set a positive tone.
Utilize scheduling software and digital tools to maintain records, track availability, and ensure compliance.
Be cross-trained to handle various situations, including client questions, shift gaps, and supporting teammates.
