The Program Coordinator, Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents. This role provides overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events. The coordinator will assist in the development of the monthly program calendar, procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents, and actively influence and encourage resident participation in activities. Additionally, Program Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents and organizing outings and excursions.
