About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Care Coordinator and Scheduler to coordinate schedules, match nurses with clients, and adjust plans when unexpected changes occur. The role helps keep care connected by managing scheduling systems, communicating with nurses, caregivers, clients, and families, and supporting the team as needed. The position is located in Maryland Heights, Missouri, and pays $18–$20 per hour.
Requirements
- Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, staffing, or office coordination is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a bonus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Match nurses with clients and build dependable schedules.
- Manage and update scheduling systems.
- Communicate with nurses, caregivers, clients, and families.
- Resolve scheduling problems and last-minute changes.
- Support the team and assist where needed.
