About The Position

Benedictine Care Assistants help maintain positive communication and interaction with residents, families, and team members to support resident safety and well-being. The role provides resident care and reports to clinical team members, performing or assisting with general care and services for residents as outlined in their care plans.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to observe and report resident status and implement care plans.
• BLS Certification.
