Nights Care Assistant - Extra Care
About The Position
Cera is recruiting Nights Care Assistants for its Extra Care service at Westaven House in Weymouth. Permanent part-time and full-time positions are available, with day and night shifts. The role offers secure, rewarding work, competitive pay, training, and does not require previous experience. The Extra Care service provides residents with self-contained homes and on-site care and support. Care Assistants help residents live as independently as possible by delivering personalised care. Tasks may include preparing meals, supporting residents with medication, and assisting with personal care. The role also involves providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Care is delivered in block shifts, with no travel required during a shift. Guaranteed hours are available. The role is supported by Cera Tech predictive technology, which reduces administration and helps prevent hospitalisations. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
