As a Surgical Tech, you will function as an integral team member across all phases of the surgical procedure. Your role is vital for seamless transitions and comprehensive patient care. Every day you will collaborate with the surgical team, meticulously preparing the operating room, assisting the surgeon, and managing instruments and supplies. You will maintain a sterile field and anticipate team needs for efficiency and patient safety. To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective performance under pressure. Your commitment to teamwork and sterile technique will be paramount for safe and successful surgical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a surgical technologist program through an approved school or the military, upon hire.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist, upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
