About The Position

Jackson Hospital is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for its 10-bed Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit in connection with a new open-heart surgery program opening in January 2027. The listed schedule is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with December and January start dates. The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients. The RN follows professional standards of practice, collaborates with the healthcare team, delegates care appropriately, protects patient privacy, and uses supplies and equipment responsibly.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Alabama or multistate RN license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
