About The Position
A leading cardiothoracic surgery program in northern Colorado is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to support a high-volume surgical team in a combined inpatient, outpatient, and first-assist role. The PA will manage pre- and post-operative patients, participate in daily rounding, and serve as first assist in cardiothoracic procedures alongside an established multidisciplinary group. This position offers structured call, strong clinical collaboration, and a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of cardiothoracic surgery experience
- First-assist surgical experience
- Ability to manage inpatient and outpatient CTS patients
- Strong communication and team-based care skills
- Eligibility for Colorado licensure
