About The Position

Step into a busy General Cardiology Practice with options to create the work-life balance you choose! Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is a multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. Our Redding, CA location has an immediate opening for an experienced or new grad, General Cardiologist to join our dynamic Cardiology service. The incoming General Cardiologist should anticipate a busy, successful practice. Cardiovascular Services at Mercy Medical Center, Redding includes affiliation with world class Stanford University heart surgeons, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and state of the art diagnostics and interventions.

Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

Nice To Haves

• Experienced or new grad, General Cardiologist

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient clinic if desired
• Opportunity for hospital based procedures (TEE's, cardioversion, etc)
• Leadership Opportunities available (with additional compensation)
• If desired, Interventional Cardiologists may participate in call 5-7 days month ( but is not required )
• Read your own Echos and participate in Echo panel, if desired
