About The Position
The Monitor Technician provides ongoing surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and remote telemetry, and immediately notifies registered nurses and/or clinicians of changes in cardiac rhythms.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a Monitor Technician.
- Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework.
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
- Visual color acuity, depending on the role in specific units.
Nice To Haves
- CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) certification through CCI.
Responsibilities
