About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. New graduates are welcome to apply. The practice environment includes 10 ORs and 2 OBs within a 427-bed hospital, with a Level II trauma center. The facility handles a variety of cases including general, ortho, urology, heads, trauma, neuro, peds, OB deliveries, and approximately 50 cardiac cases per year. The typical workday is from 7 am to 5 pm, with call duties of 1-2 times per week, including post-call off. Backup call requires a response within 30 minutes.
