About The Position

The role involves a wide variety of cases, supportive colleagues, and dedicated ICU support.

Requirements

Training and/or experience with Adult cardiac surgery (CABG, AVR, aortic dissection, ECMO, Impella, TAVR etc).
Training and/or experience with general thoracic surgery (thoracotomy, lung resection, chest tube mgmt., decortication, esophageal perforations).
Training and/or experience with TEVAR.
Must be BC/BE.
A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required.

Nice To Haves

Robotic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform adult cardiac surgery including CABG, AVR, aortic dissection, ECMO, Impella, TAVR.
Conduct general thoracic surgery including thoracotomy, lung resection, chest tube management, decortication, and esophageal perforations.
Perform TEVAR procedures.
Utilize continuing medical education to further research and enhance collaboration.
Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and APC support.
