About The Position

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Operations Manager to lead card operations and deliver a seamless, secure, and high-quality member experience across all payment channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in card operations, payments, or financial services
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of card processing, disputes, fraud prevention, and Regulation E
• Experience working with vendors and payment technologies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily card operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong service delivery
• Supervise and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
• Act as escalation point for complex operational, member, and vendor issues
• Support and enhance debit, credit, ATM, and digital payment solutions
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulations, network rules, and internal policies
• Manage vendor relationships and support implementation of new technologies
• Partner cross-functionally to improve operations and member experience
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

• In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $76,800.00 - $95,900.00 per year , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives.
• If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
