Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
• At least a minimum of five years of similar or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and enjoy researching and resolving complex situations
• Passionate about accounting principles and theory
• Consistently follow policies and procedures
• Meet the minimum requirements of highspeed internet (200MBPS download; 25 MBPS upload, 50MS or less latency, and 30MS or less jitter) and ability to be wired into router through ethernet to support required responsibilities.
• A data speed analyzer test will be administered, and a higher minimum speed may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile a general ledger for an account.
• Provide management the daily outage and statistical reports.
• Research and resolve a credit card settlement adjustment.
• Reconcile the cash advances and partner with a co-worker in clearing an exception.
• Prepare journal voucher entries for posting and balance.
• Research and resolve a debit card settlement exception.
• Take a phone call from a retail sales teammate and assist them with a complex issue affecting a member.
• Validate the ATM cash delivery to cash orders and provide the appropriate general ledger entries.
