Car Wash Team Member
About The Position
Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with customers. Team Members work in a fast-paced environment, supporting operational excellence and outstanding customer service while developing their skills and pursuing opportunities to advance within the organization. The role includes serving customers, supporting sales and membership growth, keeping the facility and equipment clean and operational, helping optimize vehicle flow, following safety and compliance procedures, and assisting with housekeeping and inventory restocking.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
- Have flexible availability for shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
- Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
- Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work outdoors in weather conditions ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
- Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
- Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, results-driven execution, safety and operational compliance, and effective verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings and support sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
- Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize customer wait times.
- Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

- Average pay of $17.25–$20.25 per hour, including wages and performance-based bonuses.
