Car Wash Site Manager A
About The Position
The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for successfully recruiting and onboarding new employees, training and coaching staff, scheduling employee shifts while adhering to overtime policies, and managing employee engagement, performance, and recognition. This role focuses on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability by managing operating P&L metrics and understanding the impact of expenditures on business margins and pricing. The Site Manager ensures customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and incidents promptly, and maintains site compliance with all approved safety and vehicle damage claim procedures. This position requires minimal supervision and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within an excellent workplace.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening
- Experience with team building

- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role
- Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply
- An unexpired Driver’s License is required
- A motor vehicle record check “MVR” will be run on the successful candidate post-offer

Responsibilities

- Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
- Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
