The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for successfully recruiting and onboarding new employees, training and coaching staff, and scheduling employee shifts while adhering to overtime policies. This role also involves employee engagement, performance management, and recognition. The manager must maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability by managing operating P&L metrics and understanding how expenditures impact business margins and pricing. Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries, incidents, and issues is crucial. The Site Manager must also ensure the site follows all approved safety and vehicle damage claim procedures. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
