About The Position

The Car Wash Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing various duties related to the car wash operations. This role involves a significant amount of customer interaction, site upkeep, and basic troubleshooting. The supervisor must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision, and is expected to enforce all safety policies.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Able to work weekends.
Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

Nice To Haves

Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
Ensures customer satisfaction and reports inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues and follows “DRB Protocol”.
Completes “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance.
Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
Performs site upkeep, including cleaning and maintaining the car wash area.
Handles opening and closing procedures.
Performs basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
Cleans out solenoids.
