Car Wash Sales Representative
About The Position
As a Car Wash Sales Representative at Gas N Wash, you’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience and connect customers with car wash services. You’ll promote unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, gift cards, and premium upgrades, helping turn first-time visitors into loyal members and supporting the company’s growth. The role also includes light operational work to support a smooth customer experience, directing vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel, maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash and its landscaping, and learning safe chemical-handling processes. The position requires outdoor work in various weather conditions and all four seasons.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and all four seasons.
- Team-player attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
- Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
- Explain the benefits of wash packages and add-ons to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with light operational tasks to support a smooth customer experience.
- Direct vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel after learning the relevant procedures.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car wash, including landscaping.
- Learn and follow safe chemical-handling processes.
