About The Position

As a Car Wash Sales Representative at Gas N Wash, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience and help connect customers with car wash services. You will promote unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, premium upgrades, gift cards, and service options, helping turn first-time visitors into loyal members. The role also includes light operational tasks, safe vehicle direction, maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash and landscaping, and learning safe chemical-handling processes. Basic computer skills are required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience; car wash or automotive experience is a plus.
• Confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and throughout all four seasons.
• Team-player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain the benefits of wash packages and add-ons to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car wash, including landscaping.
• Learn processes for handling chemicals safely.
