About The Position

Gas N Wash is hiring a Car Wash Sales Representative to promote car wash services and provide an exceptional customer service experience. The representative welcomes customers, explains wash plans and upgrades, and encourages customers to become members. The role also includes light operational and site-maintenance duties, with training on safely directing vehicles into the car wash tunnel and handling chemicals. The position requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions and all four seasons, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Open availability, including weekends, is required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and throughout all four seasons.
• Team-player attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Explain the benefits of wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the car wash interior and exterior, including landscaping.
• Learn safe chemical-handling processes.
