About The Position

As a Car Wash Sales Representative at Gas N Wash, you’ll create a welcoming customer experience and promote car wash services. You’ll help customers understand the value of unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, premium upgrades, wash packages, and add-ons, with the goal of turning first-time visitors into loyal members. The role also includes light operational tasks, safely directing vehicles into the car wash tunnel, maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash and landscaping, and learning to handle chemicals safely. Basic computer skills are required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and all four seasons.
• Team-player attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

• Help maintain the cleanliness of the car wash interior and exterior, including landscaping.
