About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant delivers excellent customer service at WhiteWater Express by engaging with customers, completing assigned operational tasks, and maintaining site cleanliness. The role includes learning all aspects of car wash operations and following standard procedures. Attendants help create a hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented workplace while supporting a team-oriented environment and developing leadership skills.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old due to safety regulations related to working with and around heavy machinery.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Enjoys collaborating to achieve strong results and support team success.
Enthusiastic about daily challenges and solution-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions and fast-paced settings.
Available to work early evenings and weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

Educate and assist customers in selecting car wash options, membership plans, and wash packages that suit their needs.
Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
Keep the facility clean, organized, and guest ready, including the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
