About The Position

Splash Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant to help deliver exceptional customer experiences at its Fayetteville and Farmington, Arkansas locations. Applicants must be comfortable driving to either location. No experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow into further responsibilities within an expanding company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Guide and prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel.
• Direct vehicles safely and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist customers with questions and services.
• Clean and maintain vacuum stations and wash areas.
• Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
