About The Position
Splash Car Wash is hiring a full-time Car Wash Attendant at its Geyer Springs wash in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role is part of a fast-paced, team-oriented operation focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance within the company. Attendants prepare and guide vehicles through the wash, assist customers, and help keep wash areas and facilities clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods. Pay is $14.00–$19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities for membership sales. Splash Car Wash is based in Little Rock and has more than 30 locations. Requirements
- No experience required; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor are a plus.
- Be reliable, responsible, and dependable.

- Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Guide and prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel.

- Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep.
