About The Position
Splash Car Wash is hiring a part-time Car Wash Attendant in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The role is part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and pursue career advancement within a growing company. Attendants provide customer service, guide and prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, direct vehicle movement safely, assist customers, and clean and maintain wash areas and facilities. The position requires weekend availability, including open availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting and carrying 30–50 pounds. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Guide and prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel.
- Direct vehicles safely and maintain an efficient workflow.

- Clean and maintain vacuum stations and wash areas.
- Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
