About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps with the site’s facility and operations, provides customer service, and assists with running the car wash. Attendants work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are the faces of the wash. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and pursue professional development and career growth, including paths to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
