About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Attendants provide customer service, help customers use the wash, perform equipment maintenance, and maintain the facility. The role is outdoors and offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and pursue professional development and management opportunities. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
