About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the car wash facility and its operations. This role sets an example for the team by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team. It offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
